UPDATE, 22 October 2008

David and Chiva are taking a break from the Tour de Dog but are sure to plan another ride in the near future. A sincere thank you to all of you who helped David and Chiva in countless ways. The Tour de Dog would not be possible without your support. THANK YOU!

Tour de Dog Photo of the Day

The sign above informed me how far I have to go to make it to the East Coast. The snow-capped mountain in the background is California's third tallest mountain, White Mountain.

Mate, no worries, you can do it! Brilliant stuff so far, I'm loving it, even if work drags me away for a few days, a return to the Tour de Dog page makes me happy.

Love the looks of those empty roads too! Some great photos, the one of Chiva with her four paws together on a rock on top of Boundary is classic.

Take care, inspiring as ever!

Dave, Not sure if you know but Provincetown (P-town) is on the tip of cap cod. I had to go there once to cover a game for the paper, nice place but very much a gay hot spot, like the most fabulous gay vacation spot on the east coast. So make sure you buy a pair of leather chaps sometime in the next 3205 miles. Really funny to see a sign for it out in Nevada.

Take care and stay safe,

Dean
